Excellent Deal
This was a great deal, as opposed to buying just one, small bamboo steamer from other retailers. Most of the steamers I looked at were around $12-$30--for just a steamer alone. I looked at a 6"--or perhaps 8"--steamer for about $12 dollars from The Wok Shop. I love The Wok Shop, but their steamers are quite expensive. With this set, you get TWO steamers--one 8" and I believe one 11"--plus a medium-sized cutting board and some utensils, for a few dollars more. I highly recommend this, despite the ranting and raving from the last user. He/she was correct, however. These steamers do NOT come with instructions. If you are unsure of how to use them, do your homework first before you buy them. Otherwise, if you are like me and you have experience with these, this set is so great! It saved me quite a bit of money. Not only that, but it was delivered in an extremely prompt manner.
Bamboo Steamer Set
I purchased this set for my daughter's birthday. It had no written materials or manual that accompanied it. I contacted Amazon & requested information & attempted to reach Prime Pacific w/o success. Amazon was unable to contact Prime Pacific or locate a manual.
Amazon sent out a replacement product. But it also did not have any accompanying materials with it. So I have returned both steamer packages, even though I would have liked to have kept them.
Again, I felt that Amazon's customer service was lacking.
